摘要
目的:探讨大剂量维生素D_3补充对糖尿病(DM)大鼠Lee's指数及胰岛、肌肉细胞组织学的影响。方法:高糖高脂喂养结合注射链脲佐菌素的方法制备DM模型,不同浓度的维生素D_3灌胃6w,HE染色观察胰岛和肌肉形态。结果:125倍和200倍维生素D_3组大鼠Lee's指数比DM组明显升高。各维生素D干预组胰岛和骨骼肌组织学形态明显改善。结论:适量维生素D_3补充能增加DM大鼠Lee's指数,恢复异常的胰岛和肌肉形态。
【Objective】To discuss the influence of high dosage of vitamin D3 supplementation on Lee’s index,islet,and muscle histology form in diabetic rats.【Method】We established diabetic rats models by intraperitoneally injection streptozocin based on high-fat diet. The rats were divided into 6 groups and supplemented with four different high doses of vitamin D3 for 6 weeks,islet muscles morphology were observed by HE staining.【Result】Totally 125 times vitamin D3 supplementation could increase the Lee’s index of diabetic rats when compared with DM group. Islet and muscles morphology were obviously improved in vitamin D3 supplementation group.【Conclusion】Moderate vitamin D3 supplementation could increase the weight of diabetic rats and recover abnormal morphology of islet and muscles.
