摘要
以柿木屑为基质,以菌丝长速和生物转化率为主要指标,对香菇(Lentinus edodes)的栽培培养基进行了优化,结果表明:配方B是栽培香菇较为适宜的栽培配方,各组分的质量分数为柿木屑60%,杂木屑20%,麸皮19%,石灰1%.
Taking persimmon wood chips as materials,the formula of cultivation medium was studiedaccording to the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency. The results showed that the optimal cultiva-tion medium was B. The mass fraction of each component was：persimmon wood chips 60% ,sawdust 20%,bran 19%,and quicklime 1%.
