TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液对混凝土防水及抗碳化性能的影响 被引量:12

Influence of the Capillary Water Absorption and Anti Carbonization to Concrete by TEOS-isobutyl Silane Compound Emulsion

摘要 采用溶胶合成法,将正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与异丁基硅烷合成出一类新型的渗透性防水材料,通过混凝土毛细吸水、快速碳化试验对比研究了异丁基硅烷乳液、TEOS与TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液在混凝土表面的防护效果。试验结果表明,TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液在混凝土表面的防水效果最好,与空白试样对比毛细吸水系数降低了88.1%(水灰比为0.5)和83.1%(水灰比为0.4)。但是,TEOS对混凝土的抗碳化能力提高最大,28 d碳化深度降低了58.8%(水灰比为0.5)和57.8%(水灰比为0.4),TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液也可以有效提高混凝土的抗碳化能力。 A new kind of permeable waterproof material had been synthetised by ethyl silicate( TEOS)and isobutyl silane as raw materials through sol synthesis in this paper. The effect of TEOS,isobutyl silane emulsion and TEOS-isobutyl silane compound emulsion on capillary water absorption and anti carbonization properties of concrete were studied. The result showed that when the concrete surface was coated by compound emulsion,the coefficient of capillary suction had decreased by 88. 1%( while the W / C is 0. 5) and 83. 1%( while the W / C is 0. 4). However,carbonization test results showed that TEOS strengthened the resistance of carbonate to the concrete,which was better than others. The carbonization depth in 28 d had decreased by 58. 8%( while the W / C is 0. 5) and 57. 8%( while the W / C is 0. 4). And TEOS-isobutyl silane compound emulsion can also strengthened the resistance of carbonate to the concrete.
