摘要
煅烧是硅藻土增白提纯的主要方法之一,本文以吉林某三级硅藻土作为研究对象,考察了Na_2CO_3,NaCl两种增白剂,在不同温度,药剂含量,试样含水量及煅烧时间的条件下对其增白效果,并确定了吉林某三级硅藻土适宜的增白条件。采用Na_2CO_3作为增白剂,硅藻土白度从原土的28.32%提高到63.76%。采用NaCl作为增白剂,硅藻土白度达到60.12%。
Calcination is one of the main whitening processing technology to the diatomite. This article takes Jilin diatomite as the research object. In the research of the calcined to whitening diatomite,the type and the amount of reagents,the calcined time,the amount of water and the influence of whitening diatomite are investigated,and the suitable whitening conditions are determined further. Na_2CO_3 as flux,the whiteness of diatomite increased from 28. 32% to 63. 76%. NaCl as a reaction agent,the whiteness of diatomite increased from 28. 32% to 60. 12%.
