摘要 通过粉磨时间、强度测定和活性指数指标研究了迁安和密云两种不同来源铁尾矿粉磨特性及其活性差异,并通过活性Si^(4+)和Al^(3+)溶出量及孔结构和SEM测试对其活性差异进行了分析。试验结果表明:不同来源铁尾矿因其化学成分及组成的矿物差异,使其易磨性、力学性能及活性均有差异。密云铁尾矿的易磨性显著高于迁安铁尾矿,且其活性Si^(4+)和Al^(3+)溶出量高于迁安铁尾矿,从而使其活性、力学性能及孔结构分布均优于迁安铁尾矿。 The grinding time,strength test and activity index were used to study the differences of grinding characteristics and activity of iron tailings from two different regions( Qian'an and Miyun),and the activity difference was analyzed by the elution amount of activity Si-(4+)and Al(3+) as well as pore structure and SEM test. The results show that the differences of chemical and mineral composition existing in iron tailings from different regions lead to great differences of their grinding energy,mechanical properties and activity. The grindability of Miyun iron tailings is significantly better than Qian 'an iron tailings. Moreover,with a higher elution amount of activity Si(4+) and Al(3+),the activity,mechanical properties and pore structure of Miyun iron tailings are also superior to Qian'an iron tailings.
