大直径钢筋混凝土受轴拉及偏心拉拔的握裹行为研究

摘要 本研究主要在透过握裹试验,探讨混凝土与各号钢筋间的握裹力学行为;并对混凝土保护层与有裂缝产生的混凝土间的力学行为进行研析。实验结果显示预裂偏心试体应力皆明显小于偏心拉拔试体,显示混凝土保护层出现裂缝时,其混凝土与钢筋间的握裹力变差。由有限元素法的应力分析,可知最大主应力及最大剪应力会随着保护层与钢筋直径比(c/d)而递减,此趋势与实验所得的平均握裹强度,完全一致。由趋势回归分析可得知,偏心试体的握裹强度随钢筋直径增大之折减率,较轴拉试验为大。 This study in the wrap through the grip test,investigate the mechanical behavior of concrete and reinforced the bond between each number; and a protective layer of concrete and there are mechanical behavior of concrete between the cracks generated by Analysis and Research. When the results showed that the stress test Presplit eccentric eccentric drawing are significantly smaller than the test body,showing cracks in the protective layer of concrete,its bond strength between concrete and reinforcement deterioration. The stress finite element method of analysis,we can see the maximum principal stress and maximum shear stress is reinforced with a protective layer with a diameter ratio( c /d) while decreasing the average income of this trend with the experimental bond strength,exactly the same. Regression analysis can be learned by the trend,the bond strength increases with the bar diameter reduction rate of the test specimen eccentric than axial tensile test was great.
