摘要
果蝇唾腺染色体的制片观察是高等学校遗传学实验的主要内容之一,但传统的制片方法往往不易得到理想的制片效果,需要大量的活体材料的准备与学生剖取腺体的操作。根据长期的教学实践,对实验作了一些改进,最终使唾腺染色体各臂能较好的伸展开,易于观察,得到了较好的实验结果。
Drosophila salivary gland chromosome sectioning observation is one of the main contents of genetics experiment in universities,but it is often difficult to get ideal production for the students who followed the traditional production methods,which often need large amount of living material preparation and student section glands.According to the long-term teaching practice,some improvement of the experiment was made.In the end,the drosophila salivary gland chromosomes of each arm can be better to stretch,easy to be observed and good experimental results are obtained.
