益气通脑方对脑卒中后下肢运动功能及血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察自拟益气通脑方对脑卒中后下肢运动功能及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平的影响。方法将80例脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,2组均给予常规西医内科康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟益气通脑方治疗。2组疗程均为12周,比较2组下肢运动功能及血清Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-D水平变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组较同期对照组下肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力明显增高(P均<0.05),血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D水平改善程度较对照组明显(P均<0.05)。结论自拟益气通脑方可明显改善脑卒中后下肢运动功能及生活能力,可能与其改善血液流变学、抗炎等多重作用机制有关。 Objective It is to observe the influence of YiQi Tongnaofang on lower extremity motor function and the levels of serum homocysteine, C - reactive protein ( CRP), D - dimer in patients of stroke. Methods 80 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with motor dysfunction of lower limbs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine rehabilitation therapy. On this basis, the treatment group added with the treatment of YiQi Tongnaofang. The treatment course of 2 groups was 12 weeks. The change of lower ex- tremity motor function and the serum levels of Hcy, hs - CRP, D - dimer were compared in two groups. Results After treat- ment, the lower limb motor function and activities of daily living were significantly higher in the treatment group compared with the control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ) , the improvement of serum HCY, hs - CRP and D - dimer levels were significantly higher than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion YiQi Tongnaofang can significantly improve the lower extremity motor function and ability of daily living after cerebral stroke, and it may be related to improving the blood theology, anti-in- flammatory and other multiple mechanisms of action.
