内蒙古呼包鄂地区工业化进程与生态文明建设的耦合关联分析

Analysis on Coupling Correlation Between Industrialization Process and Ecological Civilization Construction in HuBaoE Area

依据工业化与生态文明建设交互耦合的内涵与特征,运用灰色关联分析方法,构建区域工业化进程与生态文明建设耦合关联评价指标体系与计量模型,对1990~2010年间呼包鄂地区工业化发展与生态文明建设的耦合要素与耦合强度进行时空分析.结果表明：（1）呼包鄂地区工业化进程与生态文明建设指标间的关联程度介于中等关联到极密切关联之间,表明二者间具有较强的耦合作用;（2）环境治理与生态保护是促进呼包鄂地区生态文明建设的主要动力,工业经济发展则成为生态文明建设的胁迫因素;生态文明建设对工业化进程的反馈主要表现为资源、环境、经济及科教等因素对工业化的支撑、约束和限制作用;（3）呼包鄂地区工业化进程与生态文明建设间的耦合强度具有波动性与阶段性特征,二者的耦合关系处于颉颃时期~磨合阶段,且其空间差异较为显著.

Based on the connotation and characteristics on cross coupling of industrialization and ecological civilization construction, the paper used gray correlation analysis method to construct regional industrialization process and ecological civilization construction coupling correlation evaluation index system and measurement model. The industrialization process and ecological civilization construction coupling factor and coupling degree＇s spatial and temporal feature from 1990 to 2010 in HuBaoE area were analyzed. The results show that： （1） The correlation degree of industrialization process and ecological civilization construction in HuBaoE area lies between intermediate correlation and closely related,it shows that there is stronger coupling between industrialization process and ecological civilization construction. （2） Environmental improvement and ecological protection are the main driving force to promote the ecological civilization construction, industrial economy development is the intimidation factors in the process of ecological civilization construction. The feedback of ecological civilization construction on industrialization process is mainly performance for support, restraint and limit function of resource, environment, economy and science and technology. （3） There is fluctuation and stage feature of the coupling degree between industrialization process and ecological civilization construction in HuBaoE area. The coupling relation between industrialization process and ecological civilization construction lies between the conflict period and amelioration stage,and the spatial difference of the coupling relation in HuBaoE area is significant.
