摘要
运用文献考证分析和历史溯源方法,从学理维度对中国近代技术教育相关的技术教育含义、范围、功能等进行概念界定,指出中国近代技术教育是历经从秦汉至明清两千多年的演化而逐渐发展起来的:先秦时期是萌芽阶段,秦汉时期是奠定时期,魏晋南北朝时期是初具规模发展期,隋唐时期是成熟完善发展期,宋元时期是平稳发展及有所提升期,明清时期是发展终结与近代技术教育的引入期.
Surveying from the dimension of academic principle, scholars need to define some important concepts of China's modern technical education,such as the implication,range,functions of modern technical education. In a certain degree,technical education reflects the development degree of society,and which is a significant composition of modern education in modernized countries. Meanwhile, it is paid highly attention by government and society. Scholar should study the development and evolution in 2000 years of history origination from Qin to Qing dynasty,if they want to research China's modern technical education. Since the industrial revolution, technical education has developed into a major development impetus of nation and society,and which has a deeply connection with poor technique and passive position of modern China. The development of China's modern technical education roots from the invasion of western powers. These powers are dominant motives to develop China's modern technical education, and the knowledge borrowing about western learning from China's far-sighted personages are an important factor to promote the development of China's modern technical education.
