摘要
采用原位过氧甲酸法对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)进行环氧化改性,制备了环氧化溶聚丁苯橡胶(ESSBR),研究了SSBR分子链中双键环氧化反应活性,考察了影响ESSBR环氧度的反应条件。结果表明,环氧化反应主要发生在SSBR中丁二烯链段的1,4-结构上,而1,2-结构几乎不参与反应;适宜的环氧化条件为过氧化氢/双键(摩尔比)0.5~1.0、甲酸/双键(摩尔比)1.0~2.0、反应时间2~3 h、反应温度40~50℃、SSBR在环戊烷溶液中质量分数10%~15%。
The epoxidation modification of solu- tion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) was conducted by in situ performic acid method, and the epoxidized solution polymerized styrene-bu- tadiene rubber (ESSBR) was prepared. Moreover, the oxidation activities of the double bonds in the polymer chain of SSBR were studied, and effect factors of the epoxidation reaction of SSBR were in- vestigated. The results showed that epoxidation re- action almost occurred at 1,4-unit of butadiene seg-ment and hardly at 1,2-unit. The optimum reaction conditions were H2O2/C /C ( mole ratio) 0.5 - 1.0, HCOOH/C =C(mole ratio) 1.0 - 2.0, re- action time 2 - 3 h, temperature 40 - 50 ℃ and mass fraction of SSBR to cyclopentane solution 10% -15%.
