阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in treating non-gonococcal urethritis

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选择2014年2月~2015年8月在我院接受治疗的80例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,将其随机分为对照组（n=40）、观察组（n=40）。对照组给予单纯阿奇霉素治疗;观察组给予阿奇霉素＋阴道栓剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.00%、75.00%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.50%、7.50%,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎可取得更为确切的临床效果,且不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in treating nongonococcal urethritis. Methods 80 non-gonococcal urethritis patients from February 2014 to August 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group（n =40） and observation group（n =40）.The control group was treated with azithromycin;The observation group was given azithromycin ＋vaginal suppository.The treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.00%,obvious higher than 75.00% in control group and the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;The incidence rate of adverse effect in observation group was 2.50%,obvious lower than 7.50% in the control group and the difference between two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in treating non-gonococcal urethritis can get more precise clinical effects,with low incidence rate of adverse effect and can promote the recovery of patients faster.
