不同药物治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

Clinical effect of different drugs in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的研究不同药物治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年4月于我院妇科就诊的102例早期异位妊娠患者,将其随机分为A、B、C三组,各34例。A组肌内注射甲氨蝶呤（MTX）;B组肌内注射MTX后,口服米非司酮;C组口服米非司酮与中药异位妊娠方加味。治疗结束后,比较三组患者的治愈率、血β-HCG恢复时间、阴道流血时间、阴道B超监测盆腔包块吸收情况、用药不良反应的发生情况、住院时间及再孕率。结果三组患者的治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与A组比较,B、C两组的血β-HCG恢复时间、阴道流血时间、包块吸收时间及住院时间均显著缩短（P〈0.05）;B、C两组患者的血β-HCG恢复时间、阴道流血时间、包块吸收时间及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与A、B组比较,C组用药不良反应的总发生率明显降低（P〈0.05）。A组患者的再孕率为72.22%,B组为80.95%,C组为81.82%,三组患者的再孕率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论米非司酮与中药异位妊娠方加味具有协同治疗异位妊娠的效果,且方加味能减少肝脏损伤、口腔溃疡、胃肠道反应等不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of different drugs in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods102 early ectopic pregnancy patients from April 2013 to April 2014 of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Each group was 34 cases.Patients in group A were given intramuscular injection methotrexate（MTX）.Patients in group B were given oral administration mifepristone after intramuscular injection MTX.Patients in group C were given oral administration mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine plus for ectopic pregnancy.After treatment,the cure rate,blood β-HCG recovery time,vagnal bleeding time,vaginal ultrasound monitoring pelvic mass absorption,incidence of drug adverse effects,hospital stay and re-pregnancy rate of three groups were compared. Results The cure rate among three groups had no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）.Compared with group A,the blood β-HCG recovery time,vagnal bleeding time,mass absorption time an hospital stay in group B and group C were obvious shortened（P〈0.05）;The blood β-HCG recovery time,vagnal bleeding time,mass absorption time an hospital stay in group B and group C had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Compared with group A and group B,the total incidence rate of drug adverse effect in group C was decreased obviously（P〈0.05）.The re-pregnancy rate of group A,group B and group C was respectively 72.22%,80.95% and 81.82%,and the re-pregnancy rate among three groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone and prescription plus has cooperation role in treating ectopic pregnancy,and the prescription plus can decrease the incidence of the adverse effects liking liver injury,oral ulcer and gastrointestinal reaction.It is worth to popularize in clinic.
