口腔正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错的临床效果

Clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair in adult dental treatment

目的探究治疗成人牙齿错中应用口腔正畸联合修复的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月~2014年1月在我院接受治疗的88例成人牙齿错患者,以随机的方式分为A、B两组,每组44例。A组单独使用正畸治疗,B组则在这个基础上使用修复治疗,观察比较两组治疗的总有效率与满意度情况。结果治疗之后,B组患者的总有效率97.73%明显比A组的75.00%高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。B组的总满意度评分（9.23±1.14）分也比A组的（5.43±0.14）分高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗成人牙齿错使用口腔正畸的同时搭配使用修复疗法可以增强治疗效果,让患者满意度提升。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair in the treatment of adult tooth. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital,88 cases of adult dental patients were randomly divided into A, B two groups,44 cases in each group.The A group was treated with orthodontic treatment alone,while the B group was treated combined orthodontic treatment with repair.The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the B group was 97.73%,significantly higher than that of the A group with 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction score of the B group（9.23±1.14） scores was higher than that of the A group（5.43±0.14） scores,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of adult dental orthodontic use of oral orthodontic treatment combined with repair can enhance the treatment effect,so that patients satisfaction improve.
