我院儿科解热镇痛药使用现状的调查分析

Anti-inflammatory therapy and its rational evaluation in pediactric patients in our hospital

目的分析我院儿科解热镇痛药的合理性使用情况。方法计算机搜索2015年1~12月我院儿科发热患者的住院病历,提取年龄、体重、诊断、体温、解热镇痛药使用情况等数据,依据药品说明书及相关指南专家共识,对小儿退热用药进行分析评价。结果搜集住院病例646例,其中,无指征用药占5.88%;剂量不当占21.05%;超药品说明书年龄用药占18.88%;药物联用不适宜占6.66%。对乙酰氨基酚的主要问题在于剂量不当,布洛芬的主要问题在于剂量不当和超药品说明书年龄用药,注射用赖氨匹林、复方氨林巴比妥注射液、尼美舒利干混悬剂、吲哚美辛片的主要问题为超药品说明书年龄用药及无指征经脉用药。结论小儿解热镇痛药不合理使用的问题较突出,亟待医护人员重视。

Objective To investigate the use situation of antipyretic analgesics for hospitalized pediatric patients.Methods Medical records about in-patient pediatric patients with fever were searched by computer from January to December 2015,the data of age,body weight,diagnosis,body temperature,antipyretic and analgesic useage were extracted;a rational drug analysis was judged by reading drug instruction,related guidelines or expert consensus. Results 646 cases were collected,among them,no indication of drug use,accounting for 5.88%;improper dosage,accounting for 21.05%;the drug used in the age of drug instructions,accounting for 18.88%;improper drug combination,accounting for 6.66%.The main problem of acetaminophen was improper dosage,ibuprofen was improper dosage and drug instructions age medication,injection of lysine acetylsalicylate,compound anlinbabituo injection,nimesulide dry suspension agent,indomethacin tablets of the main problems for super drug instructions age medication and no indications of meridians medication.Conclusion Inrationaldrug use of antipyretic analgesics is severe in pediatrics,which needing more attention to be payed by the medical staff.
