城市社区卫生服务科学发展的建议与对策

Suggestions and countermeasures for scientific development of urban community health service

我国通过健全服务网络、加强人才建设、优化服务模式等城市社区卫生发展的措施,在为居民提供便捷的医疗服务、加强慢性病的预防和管理、有效缓解大医院的压力、减轻医疗负担等方面都取得了很大成效,但城市社区卫生服务发展仍存在政策制度上的保障不足、持续人才培养机制欠缺、社区卫生服务缺乏持续吸引力等具体问题,针对问题提出了制定政策法规、加强人才队伍建设、建立科学管理机制、健全服务模式的对策建议。

Great achievements have been gained in China in providing convenient medical servicesfor residents,strengthening prevention and management of chronic diseases,effectively alleviatingstress of large hospitals,and reducing medical burden by measures for urban community health development including perfecting service network,strengthening construction of personnel,and optimizing service mode.However,problems still exist as to the development of urban community health services,such as deficiency of policy protection,lack of sustained personnel training mechanism,and shortage of continuing appeal to community health service.In view of these problems,measures and proposals are put forward,including formulating policies and regulations,strengthening construction of personnel team,establishing scientific management mechanism,and perfectingcommunity health service mode.
