摘要
目的探讨在急诊护理中运用五常法对护理质量的影响。方法选取2013年3月~2015年10月我院急诊科就诊的患者130例作为研究对象,其中65例给予常规护理,作为对照组;另外65例给予五常法护理管理措施,作为研究组,记录两组患者满意度和急诊不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者满意度为98.46%,明显高于对照组的70.77%;研究组急诊不良事件发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的24.62%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论利用五常法对急诊护理进行管理能够有效地提升患者的满意度,同时降低急诊不良事件的发生率,保障患者的健康。
Objective To investigate the influences of 5 S method on the quality in the emergency cares. Methods 130 patients who were referred to the department of emergency in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the subjects and 65 cases were assigned as the control group with routine care and other 65 cases were assigned as the study group with care of 5 S method. The patients′ satisfaction and incidence of emergency adverse events of the patients from the two groups were recorded. Results Patients from study group had significantly higher satisfaction of 98.46% than the control group of 70.77%. The incidence of emergency adverse events of study group was7.69%, significantly lower than that of control group of 24.62% and the two sets of data had significant statistical differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Manage the emergency cares with 5S method can effectively increase the patients′ satisfaction and decrease the incidence of emergency adverse events so as to guarantee the health of the patients.
