优质护理对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响

Influence of high quality nursing on iincidence of postoperative complica-tions and satisfaction degree in patients with hip fracture

目的探讨优质护理对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的170例髋骨骨折患者,将其按照抽号方式随机分为观察组和对照组,各85例。观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组术后并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组髋骨骨折患者的术后并发症发生率（9.41%）和护理满意度（96.47%）均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对髋骨骨折患者,在临床上实施优质护理,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得在临床护理中进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing on incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction degree in patients with hip fracture. Methods 170 patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 85 patients.Patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing,while patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications（9.41%） and the satisfaction rate（96.47%） in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with hip fracture, high quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after operation and enhance the satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy to be promoted.
