摘要
针对大型建材装备制造企业不能快速准确选择最优外协供应商的问题,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的外协供应商选择方法。在分析外协供应商及其评价方法的基础上,建立了基于BP神经网络的外协供应商综合评价模型,设计了一种基于BP神经网络的外协供应商选择算法,可以利用训练好的神经网络进行外协供应商的选择。通过算例进行了仿真分析,验证了算法的可行性。
Aiming at the issue involving that large manufacturing company for building materials and equipment can not choose the best outsourcing vendor quickly and accurately, an approach for selection of the outsourcing vendor based on BP neural network was proposed. On the basis of analysis of outsourcing vendors and their evaluation methods, a comprehensive evaluation model for suppliers was established based on BP neural network. The designed algorithm for selection of outsourcing vendors based on BP neural network can use the trained neural network to screen outsourcing vendors and conduct the simulated analyses for the results.
