以“十三五”规划为引领 扎实开展松辽流域水资源保护工作

Strengthening water resources protection in Song-Liao River Basin under the guidance of 13th Five-Year Plan

在总结松辽流域水资源保护工作取得成效的同时,分析了当前所面临的严峻形势。松辽流域水资源保护局为切实加强流域水资源保护,研究制定了《松辽流域水资源保护工作"十三五"规划》,明确6项重点任务,即进一步严格水功能区监督管理、加强入河排污口监督管理、强化饮用水水源地保护、促进流域水生态文明建设、夯实水资源保护工作基础和完善流域水资源保护与水污染防治协调机制。同时提出通过"五新"要求全力做好松辽流域水资源保护工作,为流域经济社会发展提供水资源保障。

Both achievements of water resources protection and challenges faced by Song-Liao River Basin are summarized. In order to strengthen water resources protection, Water Resources Bureau of Song-Liao River Basin worked out 13th Five-Year Plan on water resources protection of Song-Liao River Basin that stipulates 6 specific tasks, including reinforcement of supervision of water function zones, monitoring of pollution discharge into rivers; drinking water sources protection, employment of ecological-friendly approaches, capacity building for water resources protection, integrated approach for water resources protection and pollution control. It calls for dedicated efforts to conserve water so as to safeguard social-economic development of the basin.
