摘要
针对甘肃水利信息化建设中普遍存在的"信息孤岛"、低水平重复建设现象以及信息资源不能共享互用、系统运行保障难等问题,提出以移动互联网、虚拟化、云计算等新技术为基础,搭建甘肃水利云计算中心,开发甘肃水利信息共享互用平台,向各级水利用户提供云服务。通过引入信息系统项目九大管理模式、购买社会服务方式加强信息化项目建设中过程管理,有效保障信息系统的稳定运行,可提高水利信息化的社会效益,更好地服务于水利事业发展。
Regarding to problems commonly existed in Gansu Province, such as "information islets', repeated development of low-level redundant systems and lacking of information and resources sharing, it is proposed to create a cloud computing center and develop a data-sharing platform of water conservancy in Gansu Province on the basis of new technologies of mobile internet, virtualization and cloud computing. Better services and social benefits of information system can be realized through introduction of nine management models, professional procurement for service and adoption of effective safeguarding system for stabilized operation of information system.
