美国高校公共管理专业实践教学体系的启示 被引量:7

摘要 公共管理专业是一门兼具理论性和实践性的学科,既要注重理论研究,也要加强实践应用。其实践教学体系的建立和完善是由公共管理学科自身性质决定的,更是适应社会发展需要和人才培养质量要求的必然选择。国内高校公共管理专业人才培养的实践教学体系存在目标定位模糊、教学资源匮乏、缺乏完整制度等问题,而美国高校公共管理专业在其人才培养方面已逐步形成项目实践与技能培养、职业规划与项目管理、案例教学与名人讲座等多种日趋成熟的实践教学体系,对我国构建并完善实践教学体系具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。 Teaching of Public Administration attaches equal importance to theory and practice. The establishment and improvement of its practical teaching system should not only follow the nature of the speciality but also fit in with the needs of the society. In this respect, domestic colleges and universities still have many problems, such as ambiguously-targeted training program, shortage of teaching resources and lack of complete rules and regulations. While in training of Public Administration talents, American counterparts have built up a sophisticated practical teaching system in terms of project practice and skill training, career planning teaching and lectures by celebrities. All these have profound colleges and universities. and project management, case-based significance of enlightenment for China
