高校实践教学改革与探索研究——以福建江夏学院经管类专业为例

Reform and Exploration of Practice Teaching in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Specialities of Economics & Management in Fujian Jiangxia University

大学实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重要手段,是提高大学生综合能力的关键环节。因此,要培养符合社会需求的创新型人才,必须进行实践教学的改革。目前,高校经管类专业教学中存在着实践教学理念陈旧、实践教学模式落后、校外实践基地匮乏等瓶颈问题。所以,高校应通过采取狠抓软硬件建设,不断摸索创新教学方法,课间实验与校外实践教学紧密结合,共享实验教学资源,开展创新性实验教学等措施,并在师资队伍、管理制度、评价体制等方面提供保障,以拓展和深化经济管理类专业实践教学的改革。

College practice teaching is an important means to cultivate students‘ practical ability and innovative spirit, and it is the key to improving the comprehensive ability of college students. To cultivate innovative talents who can meet the needs of the society, we must reform the current practice teaching program. At present, .teaching of Economics and Management is encountering bottlenecks： outmoded concepts, backward teaching modes and scarcity of off-campus practice bases： Colleges and universities should vigorously make efforts to improve their construction of both hardware and software, explore and innovate teaching methods, integrate class experiments and off-campus practice, share experimental resources and carry out innovative teaching while providing guarantee for construction of teaching staff, management system and appraisal .system.
