摘要
内分泌干扰物是目前环境科学领域研究的热点和前沿课题之一.概述了内分泌干扰物的概念、种类、危害、检测方法及处理工艺.内分泌干扰物可分为农药和除草剂类、邻苯二甲酸酯类、烷基酚和双酚A类、激素类、金属类等,其分析方法有气相色谱法、液相色谱法、原子吸收法、免疫测定法、生物传感器检测法等.常规的水处理工艺对内分泌干扰物有一定的去除效果,但效果有限.多种工艺联合的深度水处理方法具有深度处理和成本低等优点,具有很好的应用前景.
Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) has been one of the hot topics and leading issues in the field of environmental engineering. The concept, classification, hazards, monitoring methods,and treatment techniques concerning the EDCs were reviewed in this paper. The EDCs could be classified into pesticides and herbicides, phthalic acid ester, alkyl phenols and bisphenol A, steroids, metals, etc., which could be detected by gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, atomic absorption method, immunoassay, and biosensor detection method respectively. Conventional treatment techniques could partially remove the EDCs with less effectiveness. Deep treatment technologies combined with several methods had good application prospects with the advantages of good effectiveness and low cost.
