摘要
介绍了热连轧机精轧机组主令控制原理。主令控制系统采用采用高性能控制器PAC Systems,通过光纤内存映像网、以太网及Profibus-DP网等三层网络系统实现通讯,人机接口HMI通过CIMPLICITY HMI采集PAC系统内部寄存器的值来实现数据共享。系统改造后,控制系统运行稳定,故障率控制在0.2%以内,2.5 mm以下薄规格产量由2014年的4 000 t提升到2015年的140 000 t,累计提升产线贡献2 000万元。
The mill master control theory of the hot rolling was introduced in this paper. On this basis, the mill master control system was described. It includes the composition of the hardware control system PAC Systems, the composition of three layer network structure: the reflective memory network, the Ethernet network and the DP network and the data management of human-machine interface CIMPLICITY HMI. After the transformation for the system, the control system is stable, the failure rate is controlled within 0.2%. The production of the steel plate less than 2.5 mm from 4 000 t in 2014 was increased to 140 000 t in 2015, the cumulative contribution of 20 million Yuan to this production line.
