肥料增效剂“保肥思”对春玉米苗期土壤有效氮的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Fertilizer Synergist BIOSOFT on Soil Available Nitrogen at Seedling Stage of Spring Maize

摘要 采用盆栽试验,探讨了聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂"保肥思"对春玉米苗期土壤有效氮及生长特性的影响。结果表明:保肥思+尿素(BN)处理春玉米苗期土壤碱解氮含量最高,在第60天时较CK处理增加了89.60%;随着生育期推进,土壤铵态氮含量先升高后降低,以保肥思处理(BN和BNPK)的土壤铵态氮含量最高;BN处理土壤硝态氮显著高于N处理13.36%~267.37%,而BNPK处理显著高于NPK处理10.84%~54.33%;SPAD值以BN处理最高(第10天除外),显著高于CK,且整个苗期高于N处理,差异不显著;春玉米干物质累积量大小顺序为BNPK〉BN〉N〉NPK〉CK;随着生育期推进,春玉米植株全氮含量先降低后增加,以BN和BNPK处理的较高。 In order to clarify the effect of poly glutamic acid fertilizer synergist BIOSOFT on soil available nitrogen and growth characterat seedling stage of spring maize,a pot experiment was conducted with 5 treatments.They are control( CK),application of nitrogen( N),application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium( NPK),application of BIOSOFT plus nitrogen( BN),application of BIOSOFT with nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium( BNPK). The results showed that alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen was highest in BN treatment with89. 60% higher than that in CK treatment at 60 days. Soil NH4+increased first then decreased during the whole experiment for all the treatments and treatments with BIOSOFT application( BN and BNPK) were higher than that in the others. Soil NO3-in BN treatment showed higher than that in N treatment significantly with13. 36% ~ 267. 37% and Soil NO3-in BNPK treatment showed higher than that in NPK treatment significantly with 10. 84% ~ 54. 33%. Chlorophylin the BN treatment( except at 10 days) showed the highest and significantly higher than that in CK,but higher than that in N not significantly. Maize dry matter kept the order of BNPK BN N NPK CKin all the treatments in 60 days. BN and BNPK showed higher total nitrogen content compared with other treatments. Total nitrogen decreased slightly then increased during the whole experiment in all treatments.
