24株医院感染白色念珠菌对醋酸氯己定的抗性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究临床分离的白色念珠菌抗性基因qac E△1-s u l I、qac A/B的携带情况及其对醋酸氯己定的抗性水平。方法采用PCR方法测定qac E△1-s u l I、qac A/B基因,通过沙氏培养液稀释法检测其对消毒剂的抗性变化,并于白色念珠菌标准菌株进行比较。结果临床分离的24株白色念珠菌,其抗性基因qac E△1-Sul I、qac A/B检测均为阴性。醋酸氯己定对其中11株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)低于标准菌株,其余均与标准菌株相同。其中,有1株白色念珠菌的最小杀菌浓度(MBC)高于标准菌株,7株的MBC值低于标准菌株,其余均与标准菌株相同。结论白色念珠菌对醋酸氯己定可能尚未产生抗性。 Objective To study the status of anti disinfectant gene qacE △1 - s u 1 I,qac A/B carrying of Candicla albi- cans isolated from the clinical and its resistance to guanidine. Methods PCR method was used to detect qacE△1 - sul I ,qac A/B gene, and broth dilution was used to detect the resistance change to guanidine disinfectant, compared with the standard strains. Results Gene amplification assay showed that qacEA 1 - Sul I and qaeA/B gene were not detected out in the 24 strains of clinical isolated of Candida albicans. And MBC of chlorhexidine acetate on candida albicans standard strains were 15 mg/L. The MIC values of 11 strains of Candida albicans 24 clinical isolated strains to chlorhexidine acetate were lower than that of standard strain, and others were the same with the standard strain. The MBC values of 7 strains of Candida albicans were lower than that of the standard strain, 1 strain was higher than the standard strain, and others were the same with the standard strain. Conclusion The hospital clinical isolated Candida albicans may not produce nesistanee to chlorhexidine acetate.
