摘要
信息技术日新月异,网络安全变得尤为重要,而水利信息化发展相对滞后,基层水利单位内部网络通信结构决定信息安全的等级水平,目前均存在一定风险。以海河下游管理局为例,分析现有网络情况及信息环境存在的风险问题,结合自身结构特征及信息设备国产化的必然趋势,采用一套新形势下的网络安全防御体系,通过增加抗拒绝服务、入侵检测、漏洞扫描、网络审计和网络管理等系统,可全面提升网络防御能力和信息安全等级。
Abstact:With the great development of information technology, information security has become particularly important. The current water resources informatization development has fallen behind relatively. For water conservancy units, communication structure of internal network determines the level of information security. Taking institution in network structure of Haihe River Lower Reaches Administration Bureau as an example, this paper analyzes the current network situation and the security risks, and puts forward a set of network security system, which has fully considered the network structure feature and localization of informatization facility. With the configuration of DoS resistance, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning, network audit and network management, domestic defensive ability of network and information security has been promoted comprehensively.
