商业银行科技金融创新方向探索——基于杭州科技银行与硅谷银行发展模式比较

Innovation on Science and Financebusiness in Commercial Banks: Based on the Comparison of the Development Patterns of Hangzhou Science & Technology Bank and the Silicon Valley bank

为科技型中小企业提供金融服务的商业银行中,美国硅谷银行以支持早期阶段的高科技企业快速成长而闻名全球,堪称发展典范。但是硅谷银行模式在中国落地面临许多障碍,杭州科技银行根据本土环境进行了创新,本文基于发展模式比较,提出了我国商业银行探索科技金融方向的政策建议。

The Silicon Valley Bank in the United States has been known worldwide as a model for supporting the rap- id growth of high-tech enterprises in early stages. However the SVB mode does not fit in with the environment in China. Thus accordingly Hangzhou Science ＆ Technology Bank has come up with innovations about the SVB mode.In the article, the author provides policy suggustions, based on the comparison of developing pattern between SVB and Hangzhou Sci- ence ＆ technology Bank.
