脑出血的检查
Investigating intracerebral haemorrhage
摘要
一名49岁的右利手女性表现为突发左上肢及左下肢无力。体格检查显示为左侧偏瘫，根据医学研究委员会（MRC）分级，左上肢肌力3／5级，左下肢肌力0／5级。该名女性曾被诊断为复发一缓解型的多发性硬化，病情已经稳定1年以上（期间未有复发）。
