摘要
合理低价中标是建筑工程评标的重要原则,本文以建筑工程报价的影响因素为切入点,对施工企业投标报价优化的有效措施进行了探索和研究,以期为我国建筑事业的发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
In this article, the author takes the influence factors of the quotation as the breakthrough point to explore and study the effective measures of the model of tender offer and quoted price for a new eEngineering project on optimization so as to provide some references for the development of Chinese building industry.
