摘要
依据某市新增省道跨南水北调总干渠桥梁新建工程,简要介绍了该桥现浇施工工艺及现浇箱梁满堂支架方案。依据相关标准规范,利用MIDAS等分析软件对支架底模、横梁、钢管立柱及地基承载力等进行分析验算。结果表明:满堂支架各部位刚度和强度基本满足要求,但个别部位安全储备不足。根据验算结果对该桥支架方案提出了相应的处理措施,为桥梁的安全施工提供坚实的理论基础。
Based on the construction of a bridge that belongs to an ongoing provincial highway project in X city and spans the canal of South-to-North water diversion project,the construction technology and scheme for full support of cast-in-place box girder were introduced.The analysis software,MIDAS,was applied to check the bearing capacity of the bottom of the supports,beams,steel columns and the foundation.The results show that the full support meets the requirements for rigidity and strength,with some parts lacking emergency capacity.Treatment measures were proposed for the construction scheme of supports,which provides a solid theoretical basis for construction safety.
