摘要
为提升沥青拌和站的经济性,通过研究沥青混凝土拌和站单机成本核算方法,制定了具体的沥青拌和站收入、成本支出和油耗考核办法。结果表明,该办法可使沥青拌和站的燃油费用最高节省8.8%,年平均油耗降低7.5%,不仅提升了拌和站的燃油经济性,而且延长了设备的保养维护周期,降低了拌和站的故障率,提高了生产效率。
In order to improve the economic efficiency of asphalt mixing plant,assessment method for the revenue,cost and fuel consumption of asphalt mixing plant was established based on single machine costing.The results show that this method can save as much as 8.8% of the fuel cost and drop yearly fuel consumption by 7.5%.The maintenance cycle is prolonged,and the failure rate is lowered.
