工业建筑遗存考察及再利用可行性探究

Study on the feasibility of inspection and reuse of industrial architectural relics

工业建筑中的重工业厂房建筑是工业建筑遗产中不可或缺的重要组成部分,也是保证完整工业遗产景观和再现真实历史场景的重要构成。本文拟对工业遗产中重工业厂区建筑的保护与更新方式进行梳理,并以公主岭市微型电机厂为例,对该类历史建筑类型的保护与更新用新的处理方式进行规划改造设计,希望能对重工业建筑遗产的保护更新引发出新的思路。

The heavy industry factory workshops in industry architectural heritage are an important and integral part of industrial heritage ,which ensure the completeness of industrial landscapes and historical scenes.This paper tries to sort out the methods of protection and regenerafon of heavy industry factory workshops in industrial architectural heritage ,particularly,taking Gongzhuling micro-motor plant for example,with new treatments of planning and design on those historic buildings,hoping to come up with a new way of thinking on methods of protection and regeneration of heavy industry industrial architectural heritage.
