网络研修课程的设计与应用研究

The design and applied research of the online teachers' network training course

随着计算机和网络技术的发展,教师继续教育也从传统的培训发展到社会网络化的研修。网络研修中的大规模、开放式、在线教育使得教师的研修活动从单一的形式转向复杂的形式,也对网络研修平台的建设及其课程的设置和设计提出了更高的要求。本文针对教师网络研修课程建设遇到的一些问题进行研讨,从网络研修课程的设计分析,提出网络研修课程应关注的设计原则、标准和未来方向。

With the development of computer and network technology,Teachers＇ continuing education has developed to a training of social network from traditional training.The large-scale,open,online education in network training makes teachers＇ training activities transfers from a single form to complex forms,but also puts forward higher requirements to the construction of the network platform and the design of training programs.ln this paper, It discusses some of the problems encountered in the courses construction of teacher＇ training network,analyses from network design of training courses, proposed design principles,standards,and future directions that network training courses should be concerned.
