平行及垂直双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨远端髁间骨折疗效分析

Comparative study of parallel versus perpendicular double plating methods for adult distal humerus fractures

目的探讨应用平行双柱钢板及垂直双柱钢板固定治疗肱骨远端髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析分别应用平行双柱钢板及垂直双柱钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的42例患者的临床效果。随访采用X线检查及HSS2肘关节评分标准评价肘关节功能。结果随访6~12个月,本研究患者骨折均骨性愈合,平行组及垂直组患者的优良率分别为89.0%、83.0%,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论应用平行双钢板和垂直双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折均能取得很好的临床效果,临床医师可根据骨折移位情况及患者的个体情况等选择适合的内固定方式。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of patients with adult distal humeral fractures using perpendicular and parallel plating methods. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 42 cases of patients that were treated by perpendicular plating or parallel plating,respectively. Clinical index such as X-ray and HSS2 score to determine the elbow functional results was analyzed. Re-sults The durative follow-ups were mean 6 to 12 months. The rate of excellent and good results was 89. 0% versus 83. 0%,respec-tively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Perpendicular and parallel plate fixation with the appropriate surgical techniques can provide favorable stability and good clinical effect of adult distal humerus fractures.
