摘要 目的探讨应用compont医用胶及泛影葡胺混合物定位新技术定位和切除位于肺内周边难以探及的带有磨玻璃样病变(GGO)的微小病变的临床应用价值。方法选择2015年1-6月在中国医科大学附属第四医院胸心外科住院的6例肺内具有GGO病变的患者,将compont医用胶与泛影葡胺混合形成定位胶,经定位针通过CT定位,注射至病变结节旁,观察定位效果。结果定位胶在术中很容易被探及,本组6例患者的GGO病变均被切除,且除了1例患者出现轻度气胸,其余患者未出现定位注射而产生的严重的相关并发症。结论 CT引导下应用医用胶定位不可触及的肺周边GGO病变并进行切除,可操作性强,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore a new technology of the mixture of compont medical adhesive and cardiografin positioning untoucha-ble lung peripheral GGO lesions guided by CT,and clinical application value of resection that is located in the peripheral hard to ex-plore and the lungs with grinding hyaline GGO lesions. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 6 cases of patients with GGO lesions received in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January to June in 2015. The compont medical adhesive and cardiografin were mixed to position near the GGO lesions in lung guided by CT,and the effect of the technology was ob-served. Results The location of glue was easy to be found during operation,this group of 6 patients with GGO lesions were removed. Except for 1 case of patient with mild pneumothorax,the rest 5 cases of patients that received positioning injections did not get severe complications. Conclusion Compont medical adhesive combined with cardiografin may effectively position untouchable lung peripher-al GGO lesions during surgery.
