2010-2015年移动医疗相关SCI论文主题词聚类分析

Cluster analysis on topics of mobile health related articles published in SCI from 2010 to 2015

摘要 目的检索移动医疗相关SCI论文,分析当前该主题的相关研究方向。方法对Web of Science TM核心合集数据库中移动医疗相关SCI论文进行文献计量学分析,统计频次>100次的高频主题词在同一文献中的出现频率,并生成共现矩阵,使用SPSS对矩阵进行聚类分析,对各类文献内容分析进而获得该主题的研究方向。结果检出2010年1月1日至2015年12月31日的SCI论文3746篇,高频主题词14个,通过聚类分析获得该领域6个主要研究热点。结论近年来,有关移动医疗的医学SCI论文主要包括"人体运动的健康定量干预研究""卫生健康风险研究""健康暴露问题研究""儿童健康研究""医疗健康管理系统研究"和"移动医疗的随机对照试验研究"。 Objective To present the hot topics on research by analyzing related literatures. Methods SCI article related to were searched in Web of Sciencedatabase,the medical subject headings ( MeSH) of these article were downloaded. The MeSH terms with appearing frequencies over 100 times were intercepted as high- frequencies descriptors. The frequencies of these descriptors in the same article were calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix. Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS software. Results A to-tal of 3746 articles related to mobile health were searched out. Fourteen descriptors appeared over 100 times. Six focal researches were obtained by clustering the 14 high-frequency descriptors. Conclusion The focal researches are mainly focused on the topics like sports health intervention,health risks,health exposed,children′s health,health management system,mobile medical randomized con-trolled trial.
