南京市人民调解委员会化解医患纠纷工作起步早、经验多、成效显著,对医患纠纷调处机制发展具有很好的指导意义。目前医患纠纷表现出数量增加、成因复杂、行为激烈的特点,其原因是制度缺失、沟通不畅、服务欠佳、患者期望过高。南京市人民调解委员会着力探索化解医患纠纷的新途径,构建和谐医患关系,促进社会和谐稳定。

The work of resolving doctor -patient dispute of Nanjing people＇s mediation committee started early, experienced more and worked effectively. It has a great guiding significance in people＇s mediation work for doctor-patient disputes. Now the characteristics of doctor-patient disputes were increasing tendency, complicated causes, drastic actions, and the causes were institutional defects, insufficient communication, bad service and high expectation. Nanjing People＇s Mediation Committee explored the new ways to defuse doctor-patient disputes that would be valuable for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promoting social harmony and stability.
