随州市公立医院医生基本医疗保险制度认知研究

Cognitive Study of Basic Medical Insurance System of Doctors in Public Hospitals of Suizhou City

目的:了解医生对基本医疗保险制度的认知情况。方法:选取湖北省随州市1所三级医院、1所二级医院,采用分层抽样方法抽取2所医院共计90名医生进行问卷调查。结果:医生对3大基本医疗保险总体认知度得分均不高,新型农村合作医疗认知得分最高(12.06分),城镇职工医疗保险次之(12.00分),城镇居民医疗保险最低(11.73分);不同年龄、性别、学历的医生对医保政策影响的认知有差异;多数医生认为医保制度改革对降低医疗费用、缓解医患关系等并未取得好的效果。结论:医生对3大基本医疗保险政策的认知度较低,需要医生主动加强对医保制度的学习、医院加大对医生医保制度的培训力度。

Objective：To know doctors＇cognition of basic medical insurance system. Methods： We Selected 1 three grade hospital and 1 two grade hospital of Suizhou City in Hubei Province, and chose a total of 90 doctors to conduct a questionnaire survey using the method of group sampling. Results：Doctors＇overall cognition of the 3 basic medical insurance is not high. The new rural cooperative medical system has the highest score （12. 06 points）, the medical insurance for urban workers is the second （12. 00 points）, the medical insurance for urban residents is the lowest （11. 73 points）;doctors of different age , gender and educational background have cognitive differences of the influence of medical insurance policy;most doctors consider that the reform of the medical insurance system has not achieved good results to reduce medical costs and ease the relationship between doctors and patients. Conclusion：Doctors＇cognition of the 3 basic medical insurance policy is not enough. Doctors need to take the initiative to strengthen the study of the medical insurance system, and hospitals need to intensify the training of the medical insurance system knowledge.
