摘要
阐述第三方参与基本公共卫生服务满意度测评的现状,运用文献研究法、专题小组讨论法、德尔菲法和实证研究法,建立大连市基本公共卫生服务满意度测评指标体系。该体系对《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年版)》中的内容进行了取舍、增补、量化、对象化和具体化,具有可操作性。
We discuss the status of third-party participating in basic public health service satisfaction evaluation. Literature study, panel discussion, Delphi method and empirical research were used to establish evaluation index system of satisfaction of basic public health services in Dalian city. This system has a strong operation to choose, supplement, quantify, objectify and embody the content of National Standard of Basic Public Health Services （2011 edition）.
