摘要
目的:了解四川省民族地区州、县两级医院卫生人力资源现状。方法:采用普查方法对民族地区州、县两级136家医院进行卫生人力资源问卷调查。结果:民族地区卫生技术人员以专科学历为主,州、县两级医院占比分别为40.9%、52.5%;初级及以下职称所占比例较大,占比分别为62.6%、71.4%;聘用制是主要人员流入方式,流入学历以专科为主;人员职称流出情况各地差异较大;临床医学为最紧缺的专业。结论:应加强卫生人力资源投入,定向引进卫生人才,完善对口支援制度。
Objective:To understand the status quo of health human resource in minority area. Methods:We investigated the health human resource of 136 prefecture and county hospitals using document analysis and questionnaire methods. Results:The health workforce in minority area mainly has college degree that the prefecture and county hospitals were 40. 9% and 52. 8% separately. The primary title occupied a larger proportion that the prefecture and county hospitals were 62. 6% and 65. 7 separately. Hiring system was the main way people inflow and the degree was mainly college. The personnel outflow title has big difference. The most scarce professional were clinical medicine, nursing and medical imaging. Conclusion:To establish the concept of human resource management, strengthen investment in health human resource;stabilize the personnel and introduce health professionals directionally;perfect counterpart support system.
