广东省住院医师规范化培训现状调查

Investigation of the Situation of Resident Physicians Standardized Training in Guangdong Province

目的:调查广东省住院医师规范化培训现状,并对规培存在的问题提出建议。方法:根据规培基地分布与地区经济状况,选取广东省4个有代表性的住院医师规培基地,采用现场发放调查问卷的方法对住院医师进行无记名调查。将调查内容分为报名招录、住院医师对规培的整体认知、临床实践及科研能力培训、住院医师对规培的满意度4个模块。结果:93.25%的住院医师认为医院的招录过程合理或基本合理;92.83%的住院医师在培训期间存在不同程度的压力,经济压力是主因;8.86%的住院医师不能按计划完成培训,28.27%的科室不注重出科考核,不同学历人群对规培满意度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重视轮转培训教学工作、制定具体的科研考核和逐步提高住院医师的薪酬待遇是提高住院医师规培质量的保证。

Objective：To understand the situation of resident physicians standardized training in Guangdong, to make some recommendations for the problems. Methods：To tally 4 representative resident standardized training base in Guangdong were selected for questionnaire survey. The contents of investigation were divided into recruitment, the whole cognition of training, clinical practice and scientific research ability training and resident＇s satisfaction of standardized training. Results：93. 25% of the resident physicians considered that the recruiting process and training plan-making was fair and rational;92. 83% of the resident physicians had different degrees of pressure during the period of training, and the economic pressure was the main reason;51. 05% of the resident physicians thought that the majority of the departments lacked training, and the lack of clinical teaching was the primary determinant;8. 86% of the resident physicians couldn＇t rotate as planned, and 28. 27% of the department didn＇t pay attention to departmental rotation examination. The difference was statistically significant in the satisfaction degree of the different education groups. Conclusion：Gradually attaching great importance to teaching work and formulating specific standards for the scientific assessment, increasing resident physicians＇income are able to ensure the training quality.
