老年髋关节置换手术中的有效手术室护理配合

Effective nursing coordination in operating room for elderly patients with hip joint replacement

目的分析和总结老年髋关节置换手术中的有效手术室护理配合措施。方法选取我院2013年8月至2014年8月收治的70例老年髋关节置换手术患者，运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=35）及对照组（11=35），对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施有效手术室护理配合，对两组患者手术治疗情况进行评价分析。结果观察组患者治疗优良率91．43％，高于对照组74．29％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率、住院时间、医疗费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针对行髋火节置换手术的琶年患者，实施手术室护理配合，有利于提高手术治疗效果，减少并发症，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and sum up effective nursing coordination measures in operating room for elderly patients with hip joint replacement. Methods 70 elderly patients with hip replacement surgery who accepted treatment in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group （n=35） and observation group （n=35） according to two color random grouping method. Patients in control group were given routine care, while patients in observation group were given effective nursing coordination in operating room on the basis of control group. The surgical treatment of two groups was evaluated and analyzed. Results The excellent rate in observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than 74.29% in control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Operation time, blood loss, the incidence of complications, hospitalization time and medical expenses in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing coordination in operating room for elderly patients with hip joint replacement can improve the effect of surgical treatment, and reduce complications, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
