摘要
首创将“高尔夫”教学模式应用于在《护士人文素养》教学中,“高尔夫”教学模式是基于教师引导,学生自主、合作、探究性学习的理念任务驱动式互动教学模式,通过系统讲授、案例分析、角色扮演及情景模拟等新颖的形式开展《护士人文素养》教学,寓教于乐、学中做、做中学,做学结合,使授课朝“艺术化”方向发展,并进行了课程考核改革。这种教学模式给学生搭建了一个开放性实践平台,取得了满意的教学效果,受到学生的欢迎。
Based on the teacher's instruction, and students' independent, collaborative, and exploratory study, "golf" teaching mode, a task-driven interactive teaching mode, was firstly applied in Nurses Humanistic Accomplishment teaching. Through systemic instruction, case analysis, role play, and scenario simulation, the students combined learning and practice. Assessment reform of the course was also performed. This teaching mode provided an open platform for students' practice, and was welcomed by the students.
