摘要 为解决AZ91D镁合金材料在光学瞄准镜产品中消光和防腐的要求,采用化学氧化方法以达到产品光学系统中的消光和基本防腐蚀作用。在原有氧化工艺的基础上,在产品光学的外露部位采用喷塑处理,提高了产品的耐磨、防腐及整体外观均匀一致性。确保瞄准镜产品的光学性能及防腐性能达到技术标准要求。 In order to meet the extinction and anti-corrosion requirments of magnesium alloy AZ91D material used in optical sighting telescope products, chemical oxidation method was adopted to achieve the extinction and basic anti-corrosion functions of the products. On the basis of the original oxidation process. powder coating process was applied on the exposed area of the products to improve its wear resistance, anti-corrosion functions and overall uniform consistency in appearance. Thus, the optical properties and anticorrosion performances of the optical sighting telescope products could be guaranteed to meet the relative technical standard requirements.
