摘要
车门把手是车身中重要的功能件和安全件。为了实现该类门把手程序化优化设计,针对一种外掀式把手建立了数据模型,根据其空间几何关系以及汽车碰撞过程中外掀式把手受力情况编制了一套宏程序。利用该宏程序实现了外掀式把手关键尺寸、结构布置以及汽车碰撞过程的校核,并根据碰撞校核的结果进一步优化了外掀式把手操作行程、配重块及回位弹簧等关键参数,获得了外掀式把手优化设计方案,为工程应用提供了参考。
The outside handle is an important functional and safety component of the vehicle body. To realize programmed optimal design of this type of outside handle, establish the data model of an external lifting type door handle. A "macro" has been programed according to the space geometry analysis of the model and the mechanical analysis of the handle during vehicle collision process. The key characteristic dimension, layout of structures and safety check of the crash are all accomplished by using the macro-program. The important dimension parameters of stroke, counter weight and return spring on the outer handle are optimized through conclusion of collision check, and achieve optimal design scheme of outside handle. Finally, hope to provide a reference for the engineering application.
