莱钢3200m^3高炉降低生铁成本操作实践

摘要 在目前国内严峻的钢铁形势下,莱钢3 200m^3高炉加强炉内操作,通过采用一系列操作手段(如大矿批的应用、提高风温、高压操作及低硅冶炼等),加强工艺技术管理(如加强炉芯监测,保持炉缸均匀活跃;加强管控模式,平稳过渡外界原燃料变化),配加经济炉料,建立高渣比操作模型,利用烟煤混喷技术,进一步提升煤比,采取降低燃料比等措施,使生铁成本不断降低,实现了生铁低成本、科学经济冶炼。 Laiwu steel 3 200 the furnace in operation such as m3 blast furnace is taken seriously in the grim situation of iron and steel by strengthening large ore batch application, increasing blast temperature, high voltage and low silicon smelting, and operating means. By strengthening technology management such as strengthening the monitoring of the stove core, maintaining uniformity and activity of hearth; strengthening control mode smooth transition outside raw and fuel material change; adding economic burden, establishing the high slag operation model; taking bituminous coal mixed injection technology to further enhance the coal ratio, reducing fuel ratio, pig iron cost decreases, and the pig iron of low cost scientific economic smelting.
