基于DEFORM-3D的锥形异形件拉伸质量控制技术

摘要 某不锈钢薄壁锥形异形件拉伸过程中容易产生失稳、反弹和破裂等缺陷,为控制产品质量,采用DEFORM-3D软件为平台,利用有限元分析方法对06Cr19Ni10不锈钢的拉伸变形进行建模与仿真,并用拉伸试验进行验证。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果吻合度较高,具有较高的可信度,以及较好的工艺指导作用。 Some bugs as stabilization losing, rebounding and flawing will take place when thin wall stainless steel abnor mity workpieee is forming. In order to control quality, the software DEFORM-3D is used as a platform, the deep-taper shaped of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel is modeled and simulated by FEA, and the simulation data is made contrast with examination. The results show that the simulation data got by DEFORM-3D has a relatively high inosculation with the test re suits, which means simulation data has a relatively high level of reliability and can provide better technology guidance effect.
