摘要
在烟气脱硝系统中,选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂的中毒是广泛关注的问题。分析了SCR催化剂中毒的原因,针对中毒原因提出了一种利用旋风分离器防治SCR催化剂中毒的方法。经计算表明,该方法可以使催化剂寿命延长2—3a,有效地解决了SCR因催化剂中毒而影响使用寿命的问题。
In the flue gas denitration system,selective catalytic reduction(SCR) catalyst poisoning is widely concerned;the article analyzes the reason of SCR catalyst.According to the cause of poisoning a method using cyclone separator SCR catalyst poisoning prevention and control are put forward.The calculations show that this method can make the catalyst life of 2~3 years,effective solution to the SCR due to poisoning of the catalyst and the problems of short service life.
